Our Personal Training Services will be led by Michelle Mazul, a certified canfitpro trainer. Michelle prides herself in treating each of clients as individuals, creating customized programs that are based on your personal needs and goals.
She takes into account your lifestyle, overall health and activity level, ailments and injuries, sleep patterns, stress level and other factors that can impact your overall health and ability to exercise. One-on-One Personal Training
Train one-on-one with our certified personal trainers. They will focus in on your personal goals, using them to keep you motivated throughout the process. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, toning, training for a half-marathon or simply so you feel better about yourself, they will design a workout program that will help you reach your goals while being mindful of your personal circumstances.
Our personal trainers are committed to communicating with her clients throughout your relationship. They will follow up with you on a regular basis, asking for your feedback on past sessions to assess if changes need to be made to your program to ensure you’re always comfortable and relaxed when working out with us.

Couples/Partners Personal Training

Our personal trainers are experienced in supporting multiple clients simultaneously, working with each person’s goals and limitations to develop workout programs that will benefit both of you. You'll be able to feed off each other’s energy, keeping both of you motivated throughout your sessions. Our chiropractor and physiotherapist, in partnership with our certified personal trainer can provide you with the professional care, support and advice you need – all under one roof in our beautiful and relaxing spa environment.
Our team will provide you with a complete program of professional care combined with a customized and supervised exercise program. Your personal trainer will work closely with our medical team to devise the right set of exercises and stretching to help speed up your recovery process – all in our private and fully-equipped gym.
We will also provide you with the guidance and support you’ll need to continue your rehabilitation at home or at work. We’ll outline what you can and can’t do while giving you detailed instructions on the exercises you can do on your own – most of which will require little to no equipment.
